This public site provides general information about Cozoya, a CareWell Connected LLC product in private development. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, emergency monitoring, or healthcare-provider services. If someone is in immediate danger, call 911.

Cozoya Account Security SMS

Invited users who separately agree during account setup may receive transactional text messages for phone verification, one-time authentication codes, account recovery, and closely related security notices. No marketing messages are sent through this program.

• Message frequency varies.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to opt out.
• Reply HELP for help.
• After opting out, reply START or UNSTOP to resume.

Stopping messages can prevent account access when SMS verification is required. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Eligibility

The initial service is intended for adults age 18 or older using a supported United States mobile number. Access remains invitation-only during private development.
