This notice covers the public Cozoya informational website operated by CareWell Connected LLC.

Public website

This site has no account sign-in, forms, advertising, analytics, or cookies. Do not submit health information through this public website. AWS hosting and security services may process ordinary technical request information to deliver and protect the site.

Account-security messages

During private testing, invited users may provide a mobile number and separately consent to authentication and account-security text messages. We use the number for phone verification, security codes, account recovery, and closely related service messages.

We do not sell mobile numbers or SMS consent information. We do not share mobile opt-in or consent data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We may provide the minimum necessary information to AWS, mobile carriers, and their service providers to deliver messages, prevent abuse, comply with law, and protect account security.
